Tempura flour is the secret to creating top quality light, crunchy tempura pieces in a jiffy! Simply coat fish, meat and vegetables in flour then get frying!
Ingredients: Wheat Flour 70.00%, Corn Flour 25.00%, Raising Agent (INS450(i)), INS500(ii)) 3.00%, Iodized Salt 2.00%
Preparation & Usage:
1 Package is for
- Chicken 2.5kg
- Shrimp 1.5kg
- Vegetable 0.75kg
Direction :
1. Mix one package with 620 cc. Of water (Position of mixing can be determined as need) stir until smooth.
2. Dip Chicken, Seafood, Vegetable of fruit into the batter mixed.
3. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place on the paper to remove excess oil.
