It is not only fantastic as a cooking sauce for stir fries, soup or as a dipping sauce but also enhances the taste by just adding a few drops to your food fermented for 18 months to achieve quality fish sauce, rich with natural protein, giving it a fragrant aroma and a clear, reddish brown colour.
Ingredients: Anchovy extract 77%, Salt 20%, and Sugar 3%. No MSG, preservatives or colours added.
