Our Regal Cake Rusks are made from a simple yellow cake that is baked twice, much like the Italian biscotti. It is shaped into a loaf or cylinder, baked, cooled, sliced and then dried in low heat until hard. You can feel the crunchiness in every bite!

Ingredients: Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Eggs, Vegetable Margerine (Rapeseed, Palm Fractions), Milk, Vegetable Shortening (Rapeseed, Palm Fractions), Milk Powder, Raising Agent (E450,E500).
