Mun Mushrooms are the most popular Chinese mushrooms used in the preparation of many dishes in Asian cuisine. They do not have a distinct flavor but have a very highly valued crunchy texture. Before use, boil them over low heat in water for 5 minutes or pour boiling water for 30 minutes to allow them to develop well. After this process, mushrooms increase their volume several times and are ready to be used in dishes.
