Humza Meat Seekh Kebab 

Juicy and tender minced meat, flavoured with authentic Lahori spices, moulded on skewers into tender kebabs and cooked over hot charcoals. Enjoy them sizzling out of the oven. Of course with yoghurt.

Ingredients

Mutton 33%, Onion, Chicken 19%, Lentil Flour, Textured Vegetable Protein [SOYA], Green Chilli, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Herbs (Fenugreek, Fresh Coriander) Spices [( Cumin seed, Garam masala (Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Star anise, Cumin, Chilli, Fennel, Black pepper, Bay leaves, Sunflower oil, Nutmeg, Cardamom), Coriander powder, Crushed Chilli, Chilli powder)].

Preparation & Storage

• Microwave: (Based on 850 Watt 3 Kebabs)
  Instructions: For best results always cook from frozen. Remove kebabs from packaging and place them in a microwaveable plate in the middle of the microwave oven. Cook on full power for 1 ½ – 2 minutes, allow to stand for 1 minute. Ensure kebabs are cooked well and piping hot throughout before serving.
  Oven: Temperature: Fan 180°C • Gas 6 • 200°c • Time:18 – 20 mins
  Instructions: For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes. Turn occasionally. Ensure the kebabs are cooked well and piping hot throughout before serving.
  Grill: Time:10-12 mins, Temperature Setting: Medium,
