A stronger version of West Indian Original! For people who really like spicy cuisine. It is suitable for everything that is supposed to be hellishly sharp. Extremely aromatic.
Ingredients: hot pepper puree (Red Scotch Bonnet, Yellow Scotch Bonnet, Jolokia, salt, acetic acid) (55%), water, onion powder, Birds Eye pepper, garlic powder, mustard powder, modified corn starch, stabilizer : xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate.
