Labneh is a type of mezze in Middle Eastern cuisine. Labneh is the condensation of yoghurt or whipped or curdled milk (from yoghurt or curdled milk) after removing the butter from it, and originally started as simple village method where milk is placed in a bag of light tamping cloth to facilitate the expulsion of all the water present in the milk to the outside.
