Description
Coconut milk powder is a very important ingredient in Thai cuisine. It is used in many Thai curries and deserts.
Ingredients: coconut milk 90%, dextrin 8%, sodium casemate (a milk derivative) 2%
Directions:
1. Mix ½ the contents of this packet with about 80-100ml of warm water.
2. Stir until you get a rich coconut cream.
